By accessing or using BeforeBuild ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid GitHub account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

3. Listing Submissions

Creators may list code foundations for sale. By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to sell or distribute the code, and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Purchases

All purchases are final. Buyers receive access to the code repository and associated Agent Dossier documentation. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for legitimate quality concerns.

5. Security Scanning

All listings undergo automated security and quality scans. These scans are best-effort and use pattern-based analysis. They do not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.

6. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their code. Buyers receive a license to use the purchased code for their own projects. Reselling or redistributing purchased code is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: upload malicious code, misrepresent your listings, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent our payment or security systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeforeBuild is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to security vulnerabilities in purchased code.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
